At Saarse, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you cancel
any travel service booked through saarse.com.


1. General Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing support@saarse.com or through your registered user account, where applicable.
  • All cancellations are governed by the policies of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, rail providers, and other third-party suppliers.
  • Saarse will assist in processing cancellation requests but cannot guarantee refunds unless approved by the respective service provider.

2. Flight Cancellations

  • Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the fare rules and conditions set by the airline.
  • Some fares may be non-refundable, while others may allow refunds with applicable cancellation fees.
  • No-shows may result in the forfeiture of the entire ticket value.
  • Any airline-approved refund is typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.

3. Hotel Cancellations

  • Hotel bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
  • Each property has its own cancellation deadline, which is provided in your booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations made after the deadline or failure to check in may result in full charges.

4. Holiday Packages and Tours

  • Cancellation terms for holiday packages and tours vary by vendor and are disclosed before booking confirmation.
  • Advance payments or deposits may be non-refundable.
  • Late or last-minute cancellations may lead to partial refunds or complete loss of the booking amount.

5. Cancellation Service Fees

Saarse reserves the right to charge a cancellation or processing fee in addition to
any penalties imposed by the service provider. This fee covers administrative costs
associated with handling cancellation requests.


6. Refund Handling

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Refund processing times vary by provider and typically take 7 to 14 business days after confirmation.
  • Service fees, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

Saarse shall not be held responsible for cancellations or losses arising from events
beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics,
government restrictions, labor strikes, or other force majeure situations.

Please include your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation
to help us process your request efficiently.


9. Policy Updates

Saarse reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
